When is Presidents' Day 2032 in United States?

Presidents Day began as Washington's Birthday, celebrating George Washington born February 22, 1732. The 1971 Uniform Monday Holiday Act moved it to the third Monday in February. Though still officially Washington's Birthday federally, most states call it Presidents Day to honor all presidents.

It's marked by sales events, especially for furniture and mattresses. Historical reenactments and ceremonies occur at presidential sites. Schools teach about presidential history. Some states also honor Abraham Lincoln, whose birthday is February 12.

Presidents Day is the third Monday of February, falling between February 15-21. It can never fall on Washington's actual birthday (Feb 22) or Lincoln's (Feb 12).
